Allen Wright
Chief Executive Officer, WMW Entertainment
Co-founder and visionary for WMW, is a leader by nature. Throughout his 20+ years in the banking industry and his philanthropic efforts, he has led many organizations to fiscal health and success.
His vision for WMW Entertainment includes the cohesion across their diverse brands. WMW Models, WMW Music, WMW Films, WMW Marketing, WMW Event Management & WMW Brands/ Artystri.
Currently he is Executive Producer for NBW Films “Till Movie” Based on the life and death of Emmett Till. He is also director of Investments for NBW films as well.
Whether it be his years on the board of directors for the Bernie Mac Foundation or on the board of directors for the Boys and girls club of Chicago. His leadership is unsurpassed as he currently serves as Chairman of the Board at The Greater River North Business association. He also serves on the board of North Side Housing, NGCC and the Troy Foundation.
Jasie Kelch
EVP of Talent Management & Acquisition
Jasie Kelch is a veteran published model with over 7 years of experience. She decided years ago that she wanted to be more than just a model - she wanted to make a difference in the lives of others. This epiphany has led her to not only cast models in music videos, comedy skits, and shows - it’s led her to venture into direction, production, and management. While pursuing these endeavors she has simultaneously been a member of the military since 2018! She is a true Jill of All trades and is ready and willing to help you shape and mold your future with WMW Entertainment!
Fernanda Carrasco
Vice President, Talent Development
Fernanda also known as IVY, who is was born and raised on the south of Chicago.
She’s been in the modeling industry since she was 16. Since then, she’s been in countless fashion shows, music videos, art shows, body-painting exhibitions, and photoshoots. She is multitalented, working across many platforms, not only as a model, but as creative director, body-painter and makeup artist. Over the years, Fernanda has learned the do’s and dont’s of the industry and wishes to teach others what she has gained on her journey.
As a model coach she has choreographed and directed shows such as “Truth” and “Affliction” for WMW Entertainment. Her curriculum includes posing, runway, and model development.
Ronnie Ferrari
Executive Assistant to Allen Wright
Ronnie is an astute businesswoman who is always in the know. Her extensive knowledge of the entertainment industry is only surpassed by her knowledge of organizational structure. She finds that being a mom is the best thing in life to her. Whether it’s cheer coaching in her spare time or helping to coordinate the runway for WMW, Ronnie is the epitome of hard work.
Dana Lark
SVP of Creative Development
Dana Nycole has been in the beauty business for quite some time now. She has been a hair stylist and makeup artist for over 7 years professionally in the fashion industry. She’s always had an eye for exquisite and creative fashion. Modeling has always been one of her many passions. Being booked to walk in multiple fashion shows truly opened her eyes. It helped her to realize how much of an impact she can make behind the scenes in the Beauty industry. She is truly a “Jack of all Slays”, model, hair stylist and makeup artist all in one to quote her…”I love what I do…”
Raymond Harrell

An Experienced Music executive who has been in the music and entertainment industry his entire life. Always an entrepreneur Raymond brings a refreshing vision for WMW Music. While he has managed and helped launch the careers of many well known artists, he looks to lead WMW Music to the next level.
His management experience in the music industry has resulted in new artist development and led to millions of streams.
Emily Butler Ferguson
Senior Vice President, WMW Event Management
Emily began her insurance career over 25 years ago in 1995. Over the past 25 years, Ms. Ferguson has held various supervisory and training positions ranging from Vice President of Group Marketing to Executive Director for an Insurance Company in Illinois.
Currently, Ms. Ferguson is a consultant with PHP Insurance Agency. As a consultant, Emily is on a crusade to make sure families are properly protected.Emily also provides Community Outreach to assist in increasing knowledge about financial tools that can help families attain their most important goals.
Ms. Ferguson is also the Chicago South Chapter Leader for EBW(Empowering a Billion Women). The organization’s mission is to empower a billion women to attain over $1MM in revenue in their businesses. She works with women entrepreneurs and with “manbassadors”who are in startup, scale up or growth.Emily assists those within EBW and those who want to join EBW to sustain their businesses in a strategic planned manner.
In summary, Emily enjoys serving others. Her favorite role is that of “connector”- connecting families and business owners with resources to assist in helping them meet or exceed their goals and objectives. Emily takes great pleasure in helping others reach their highest potential and in transforming their dreams into reality.
Emily has two granddaughters, Amelia age 7 and Harper age 2. She is helping to mold them to be strong independent thinking women and to help them realize they can do whatever they want to do if they set their mind toit. She resides in Chicago, IL.
